Kim Chapman | Financial Wellness Director
With nearly 30 years in the financial services industry, Kimberly Chapman has spent the last 19 years at Neighbors Federal Credit Union championing financial education and economic empowerment. As Financial Wellness Director, she is dedicated to helping members build lasting financial stability.
A Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor and Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE), Kimberly brings both expertise and passion to her work. She hosts the Money Matters Podcast, where she shares practical, real-world advice on managing money, and leads community initiatives like the Neighbors Way Tuition Assistance Award (NWTAA), which provides scholarships for college-bound students.
Through her work, Kimberly lives out the credit union mission of “people helping people,” building relationships that matter and promoting financial wellness across the communities Neighbors serves.
